Rent is due on the 1st of every month. 

We have 24/7 maintenance that can be reached at 607-273-1654 for after hour maintenance emergencies and lock outs. For fire or medical emergencies, please call 911.

Yes! We love having animal residents. *There are breed restrictions.

We offer 12 month leases for Residential Spaces and Starting at 2 years for Commercial Spaces.

Yes, we require all renters to have a limited liability insurance with a minimum liability of $100,000. 

Recycling, water and trash are included in the rent. Wifi, electricity, and cable are not included. *Wifi is available at some buidings.

We do not allow smoking on our properties. 

Our main office is located at 306 N Cayuga Street and it's open Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday by appointment.
